We offer technical support to back up the continuing usage of any software that we deliver. This is unlike other technical support in the following ways:

- No annoying eTicket system
- Speak to a real person, in the UK
- You can quickly talk to someone who was involved in the development of your application, someone who actually knows what they are talking about
- Email support with direct line of contact
We often find support as time consuming and annoying as everyone else. Because of this we try to do things differently at WS Labs. This is why we use our own technical experts to answer support issues, because it's win-win for all parties involved. Support time costs both us and you money. If we can keep that time down then it saves both parties money in the long run. Sadly this is a service that we can only offer for smaller to medium sized businesses. In other cases we usually put a fast escalation process in place.
Finally, because your software will be web based - you're at a distinct advantage. You don't have to wait for someone to visit you at your computer; the application that you are using is on our servers.
Bug fixing

We also fix any of the few software bugs that our customers run in to (we have rigorous QA testing procedures, including automated testing scripts) for free whilst within any maintenance agreement. This is a rare occurrence, and we always regret any bugs that make it into release. Turn around on bug fixing is also very quick, usually within 24 hours.
