On the contrary, we feel that we are the best people to offer continuing backup, support, training and improvement. This is why we offer, for a very reasonable charge, a maintenance plan to suit you.

Who is better at support than the people who made the software? Probably no one.

Who is able to fix issues quickly and efficiently? We are!

Who is able to develop and deliver improvements and add-ons with no customer effort? Well, you've guessed...

Our maintenance plans can consist of the following to suit each customer. Usually we find that the majority of our customers choose most if not all of the following once the software is live:

• Hosting services and management (including an uptime guarantee)
• A domain name, if required
• Technical support (email and/or phone)
• Automatic backup
• Data integrity and optimisation work
• A number of included 'small changes'
• A number of included 'new features'

We can charge for this in one of many different ways, depending on what is convenient:

• Monthly
• Yearly
• By hour
• By call volume
• By email volume
