Put simply, we create software to help business. This software comes in many forms, but usually we work with clients who are looking for a 'database' solution. This is a piece of software that is used to capture, view and automatically analyse business critical data. Further still, this software is hosted either on the internet or on company intranets. But of course, creating web software is not as simple as this. There are many stages, starting with design and ending with product support and maintenance after delivery. We work in very flexible ways depending on what our customers require. At both ends of the spectrum; this means that a customer can approach us and say something as simple as 'make me a sales development application' - in which case we will go away and design, develop and deliver a solution. Other customers like to have more control over the process, and will supply us with a design or examine and change our own design to match their specific requirements. We have even had customers approach us with an Access database or Excel spread sheet and ask us to turn it in to a web application. All of these scenarios are fine and something that we can help you with. We also produce several 'off-the-shelf' products. These are standard web based applications that we have delivered to different clients many times. We have these more popular applications available as products because it can lead to a very cost effective and rapid solution. We can customise them to match specific requirements to a degree - and in this instance our clients effectively get 'bespoke' software but at a fraction of the price. Finally, every piece of work we do also comes with web design as standard. We will always create a design to match our customers need or use a current website to brand our software. Some clients also require us to implement our software alongside a website redesign and this is something that we are also happy to do - we started off as a web design firm after all.
