Complete user management and a secure working environment

It is possible, with administration priviledges, to quickly and easily manage all system users. You can create, edit and view important details like last login time about specific database users. You can grant permissions based on operational region, change passwords and apply email addresses used to send out information about new sales leads and contact notes.

Powerful data types

By using 'freeform' data elements it is possible to store any information type against any user. These freeform elements can be added when creating a user and when viewing one at any other time. We also store 'descriptors' against contacts, allowing you to quickly add any number of different users to different groups used for data mining or marketing purposes.

Fully featured data searching

You can quickly and easily access any stored information using always available searching. Any information is returned using any key word and easily grouped.

Favourites

It is possible for a user to easily choose any number of 'favourite' contacts. This gives them quick access to these contacts and allows them to view only their favourite contacts when they're using the iPhone app on the road.

Notes

To help store information about every lead and sales contact is it possible to add notes about anything - so that others can quickly pick up what is happening or has happened in the past with each lead.

Collaborative

The system automatically emails users, based on preference, about new notes added to conacts and insitutions. This way system users are aware of the great work that their peers are completing - helping to raise user profile and increase overall productivity.

Complete data management

You can edit every piece of information with administration permissions. This allows you to easily manage certain fields that you need fixed - allowing statistics to be gained about these areas.
